Please note that if your referral is coming from a dentist or orthodontist, you will still be using your medical insurance for our services.

Yes, we accept medical insurance. Connections is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, Cigna/Priority Health, and McLaren Health Plan.

We accept private pay as well as health spending account funds. Payment is made through our secure portal, Simple Practice. Session fees, if they are remaining, are typically collected after we bill your insurance.
If we are billing medical insurance, we will need a referral from your primary care doctor faxed to our office at 833-559-0901.

We offer 15-minute phone consultations, as well as Meet and Greets at our office. Come by and see if Connections is a good fit for you and your family!
